DTNVS (Dual Tube Night Vision System):

The DTNVS (Dual Tube Night Vision System) is a rugged and feature rich articulating night vision goggle.  The DTNVS night vision goggle features an articulating fiber reinforced polycarbonate housing, independent pod shut off when articulated, and an on-board illuminator. This gives the end user great flexibility when operating in various environmental conditions.  DTNVS articulation offers a wide range of adjustment due to its design. Optional IPD stops can be added so IPD adjustment is consistently in the same location when pods are in the down position.

In addition to a very rugged design, the DTNVS features independent pod shutoff when articulated.  This means that when the pods are articulated out away from the eye they shut off eliminating any visible glow and preventing accidental light damage when articulated.  This is a particularly helpful feature for users that are using handheld thermal scanners or using a weapon mounted clip-on or thermal device.

Another unique feature to the DTNVS is the low battery indicator light inside the unit. Although, other night vision goggles have low battery indicators, they can widely be affected by temperature.  The DTNVS adjusts for cold weather temperatures so the low battery indicator offers a more consistent reading than other units.  The low battery indicator warns the user of approx. 30 min of remaining power.  Although this is not an exact science and some variance still can be seen this is a huge improvement over other systems that can have huge swings in actual time a system lasts after the low battery indicator lights up

Warrantee:

Newly built Night Vision devices assembled by AC Night Vision LLC. will carry a ten year warranty. The ten year warranty will cover the housing system of your unit against manufacturer defects. The image intensifier will carry only a one year manufacturer defect warranty from the original date of purchase (image intensifier will be sent to manufacturer). This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on the unit and damage from use. It is the sole discretion by AC Night Vision Co. to determine if a product issue is defect in nature or caused by negligence by the user.  In the event that a defect is covered by this warranty, AC Night Vision Co., at our sole discretion, will either repair or replace the product.  This will be the only remedy offered, no refunds will be given.

AC Night Vision warranty does not cover: 

·       Negligence

·       Products used in an abnormal manner

·       Abuse of the product

·       Items that were altered or modified

·       Items repaired by anyone, company other than AC Night Vision Co.

·       High Light, laser, or over exposure burns from any light or laser source.

·       Glass breakage from drops or impacts

 Returns & Refunds:

All sales are final.  We do not give refunds because a customer wants to return an item.  Items will be backed by our warranty policies and will be replaced or repaired, however, no refunds will be given.  It is the buyers responsibility to confirm product information with before ordering.

Returns must be deemed damage from AC Night Vision and all returns are subject to Restocking fees of 25% or more. We will provide a return mailing address and inspect the unit or accessories. If we (AC Night Vision) deem the unit has been altered or damaged due to improper use or swapping of parts. Any refund will be waved. If we deem damage was not the users fault we will honor the warranty and rectify the issue.

Cancellations: 

All orders are non-cancellable.  Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.  It is the customers responsibility to contact AC Night Vision Co, with any questions prior to placing an order.  It is the customers responsibility to understand that lead times are an estimate and can change based of industry availability. 

 Shipping: 

All orders must ship a United States Shipping Address with matching billing information. We will not ship to P.O. boxes or addresses that are declared a forwarding address. Any and all addresses declared for the above with exception of matching billing and shipping addresses will be subject to cancelation and restocking fees of 25% or more based on the total amount due at the time of purchase.
